At Tisserand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Tisserand designer tags and labels remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned pieces, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
